Hand of Hope: Samuel Alexander Armas
A picture began circulating in November. It should be "The Picture of the Year," or perhaps, "Picture of the Decade." It won't be. In fact, unless you obtained a copy of the paper, you probably will never see it.
Tracey Connelley, Baby P's Evil Mom, Shows NO Remorse
I have never been affected by any story as much as Baby P's story has affected me. Yesterday evening, I found myself sobbing twice! I just can't get over the sheer horror of the story.
Baby P's Murderers -- Why Are They Being Protected?
In my country, it has never happened before that the media and the people have been forbidden to actually reveal the names and faces of TC and SB, the murderers of Baby P.
That Winter The Wind Blows Finale: Did Oh Soo Die?
Over the holy week break, I spent the entire four days just watching the 15 episodes of this Korean show. Yes, I am a self-confessed Korean drama addict. I already have my favorite actors and actresses; albeit, I don’t know their names.

Note to God by Charice Videos and Lyrics
Note to God lyrics - Charice
If I wrote a note to God
I would speak whats in my soul
I’d ask for all the hate to be swept away,
For love to overflow
If I wrote a note to God
I’d pour my heart out on each page
I’d ask for war to end
For peace to mend this world
I’d say, I’d say, I’d say
Give us the strength to make it through
Help us find love cause love is over due
And it looks like we haven’t got a clue
Need some help from you
Grant us the faith to carry on
Give us hope when it seems all hope is gone
Cause it seems like so much is goin wrong
On this road we’re on
If I wrote a note to God
I would say what on my mind
I’d ask for wisdom to let compassion rule this world
Until these times
If I wrote a note to God
I’d say please help us find our way
End all the bitterness, put some tenderness in our hearts
And I’d say, I’d say, I’d say
Give us the strength to make it through
Help us find love cause love is over due
And it looks like we haven’t got a clue
Need some help from you
Grant us the faith to carry on
Give us hope when it seems all hope is gone
Cause it seems like so much is goin wrong
On this road we’re on
No, no no no
We can’t do this on our own
So
Give us the strength to make it through
Help us find love cause love is over due
And it looks like we haven’t got a clue
Need some help from you
Grant us the faith to carry on
Give us hope when it seems all hope is gone
Cause it seems like so much is goin wrong
On this road we’re on
If I wrote a note to God

Googling the Past - Is It Worth It?
I’ve read somewhere that we never actually forget our first love, our young love. The power it has over us is often unique. Experiencing such strong emotions for the first time triggers a strong sense of self and acceptance. Often, it creates a tremendously strong bond.
Later, after many changes have occurred in our lives, we will find ourselves mulling over our choices. We find ourselves trying to work through regrets and remorse. We find ourselves accepting our choices. This is often accompanied by this strong yearning of wanting to go back. This ultimately triggers interest on people who were closest to us during those times when we could still have made different choices in life. Most people would eventually have closure and move on, but there are some who will constantly look for closure. These people can only have this by revisiting their past.
The Internet has made it so easy to “google” a former flame. There are no shortages of ways we can check up on someone. We can always start with googling someone’s name. Unless the person you are looking for is living under a rock, it’s almost impossible not to find the person. If he or she is in some social networking site, or if he or she blogs, you’ll find all the juicy details you’re dying to know.
Now, that’s where the tricky part comes in. You gave in to the lure of Google. Now, the question is, should you actually get in touch with the person? Are there potential consequences? Is it risky? Are the risks worth the closure you seek? In truth finding that closure can be dangerous. It’s not often you could come out unscathed of the encounter, claiming that all well that end’s well.

My Love Story
The latter kind makes a mark. They’re the kind of stories that are written in books and made into movies. They’re the kind of stories that make you cry because often, these kinds of stories are heartbreaking.
That’s my story.
It’s the story I have been living for the last five years.
And every year and tear has been worth it.
Oh, I find myself wishing sometimes that things aren’t that difficult.
I find myself wondering how things would have been if I chose my path differently – or if I chose to love another.
But at the end of the day, I know that I choose this life.
I choose this love.
It’s not easy.
It takes an ocean-full of commitment.
It takes a lot of faith – an unwavering one.
It takes a lot of courage.
But it is worth it.
It truly, truly is worth it.
I just saw this video and I was moved.
I could relate to it. I know how much courage one has to have in order to make the choice that she had - that I had, in a way. I also know how fulfilling it is.
Love. Ultimately, that's the culprit. It's the same reason why I hold on and why I don't give up. It's not my love for him really. It's his love for me. It's a selfish reason, truth be told, but it's powerful.
